Wedding in Val d’Orcia

An intimate Tuscan celebration with ten guests, full of emotion, joy, and meaningful moments.

AN INTIMATE WEDDING IN TUSCANY

Erin and Logan chose Tuscany for their wedding in Val d’Orcia, inviting only their closest family members. With just ten guests, the day felt deeply personal, emotional, and intentionally intimate.

Val d’Orcia offered exactly what they were looking for. Open landscapes, quiet surroundings, and a sense of space that allowed every part of the day to unfold naturally and without pressure.

A SMALL GUEST LIST

Although the guest list was small, the day itself was rich and complete. It began with quiet preparations, where some of the most emotional moments unfolded. Erin and Logan had written personal letters to their parents and read them together in the morning, creating an intimate and deeply meaningful start to the day.

Because only their closest family members were present, the atmosphere felt calm and relaxed. This allowed time to capture natural moments between both families, filled with emotion, laughter and genuine connection.

Before the ceremony, Erin and Logan chose to share a private first look where they exchanged personal vows written only for each other. Afterwards we explored the Tuscan countryside together for their portraits among the iconic cypress-lined roads of Val d’Orcia.

The ceremony that followed was deeply personal, shared only with their families. Afterwards we captured relaxed family portraits before everyone gathered for aperitivo and time together before dinner.

THE IMPORTANCE OF FULL DAY WEDDING COVERAGE

As the sun began to set over the hills of Tuscany, we stepped away briefly to capture a few portraits in the soft evening light before returning to dinner.

The evening continued with heartfelt speeches, laughter around the table, and quiet moments shared between family members. The night ended with family dancing and a cake that Erin and Logan created together with the chef, making the final part of the day just as personal as the beginning.

Although there were only ten guests, their wedding lasted nearly ten hours and every part of the day was filled with meaningful moments. With no pressure and no rush, Erin and Logan were able to spend real time with each member of their family and fully experience the atmosphere they had envisioned for their wedding in Tuscany.

Photographing the entire day allows every moment to become part of the story.
